Why is it, that you advertise your products as 1G net carb and NO HIDDEN CARBS, but my sugar spikes by 60 points after eating it?

False advertising?

Should we warn other diabetics and keto peeps about this malpractice?

I usually like their products however the lemon snack bar tastes like a bad lemon. I will not buy this product again nor do I recommend it.

I am diabetic with an extremely slow metabolism and nothing worked for me to lose or bring the sugar and cholesterol down. All in all I lost 200 pounds, 70 in the past year. My blood sugar came down from 300 to under 140, my cholesterol dropped (I can't take statins) and I feel better without the carbs. The meals are tasty with spices and you feel full. I would recommend it to anybody. Portion control doesn't work for some of us... I was only having one meal a day and still didn't have results. My doctor said it's working, if I'm comfortable stick with it. My son lost 40 pounds.

It works for a few months, but not forever - This is a great diet to shed a few pounds, but c'mon lets be serious... nobody can avoid carbs forever, it just isn't natural. And, you end up smelling weird because of all the ketones. I much prefer the soutch beach diet.
